I Encourage You!

Good morning beloved,  I trust we had a great weekend? Glory to God.

Let's look at Psalm 102 We will look at some of the verses, at your own time, you could read the whole chapter.

1. LORD, hear my prayer; let my cry for help come before you.
2. Do not hide your face from me in my day of trouble. Listen closely to me; answer me quickly when I call.
3. For my days vanish like smoke, and my bones burn like a furnace.
8. My enemies taunt me all day long; they ridicule and curse me.
9. I eat ashes like bread and mingle my drinks with tears
10. because of your indignation and wrath; for you have picked me up and thrown me aside.
13. You will arise and have compassion on Zion, for it is time to show favor to her, the appointed time has come.

What a powerful prayer from the psalmist. He captured the feeling we get when things don't go our way. 

He understands that there are times we feel that God has hidden his face from us. When we pass through times when we might just need a call, a wind, or maybe a small voice but can't hear or feel anything. 

He knew there would be days when we will feel like we are seeing hundreds of faces laughing at us in our state of failure and shame. 

Situations where feeding and meeting the necessities of life were just not possible, times when ash taste good, times when we can go on for days in being used and abused for upkeep.

Thank God those days aren't the best days of our lives, our situation doesn't keep us but God does. He may have cast us out a while for our iniquity to he has a perfect plan, a plan to favor us, his "Zion" and this is our time!

This new week and a new day, when we call on God concerning issues, problems, and every unpalatable situation, He will answer us quickly in Jesus' Name! 

No matter how our enemies taunt us all day long and ridicule and curse us, one thing is for sure as long as we, even in that state believe and hold on to our God knowing that He is enthroned forever, then God will arise and have compassion on us and show us Favor because our appointed time has come. 

Thank you, Jesus! Let us go out today with this assurance that today is our set day of favor and no one and nothing can stop it in Jesus' Name! Amen!

Enemies at the Gates!!!

Where it began ! 2009 I had an encounter with a prince, he was called the "Prince of the Niger" we wrestled and by Gods Divine Mercy I won and I heard a voice say "now you'll face the goddess of the south..." In 2010 The Lord Told me to travel South and I took my bags, wore my grandfather coat that I loved, with my big beard and hair and took my journey South. I arrived my where God had told me about on the 8th of February 2010. Made an entry in my journal. I met with all kinds of hostilities but the one that mattered was my first encounter with the goddess of the south, aka Anansa. She has a lot of names but that's the name I heard in our encounter. She knew I had won against the prince of the Niger and she didn't come to negotiate but came for battle. GOD IS THE LIFTER OF MEN

One sunny September, in 1998 I was high in the spirit and had a solid dream of being in the Nigerian Air Force!  I wanted to be a Chaplin,  and also a fighter jet pilot. Don't ask me why I want to save lives and take lives, it's the delicate balance of life. I had the hight, and I had the connection (a commandant in the NDA at the time was my in-law),  I spoke to my aunt and she gave her approval. Her husband was a governor during the Babangida administration, and served in Benue state (I have so much roots there now, I know why). So, I had good strong hands to lift me.  But God wasn't in this dream and plan.  I was going to be in the Air Force and be a fighter pilot but not for just a country but for the kingdom! I saw correctly but failed to interprete that vision correctly. It caused me pain, so much pain and I still feel the pain till date.
