Be Encouraged

 In life, there are times we feel as though if we have wings we will fly away like a bird to somewhere were we can find rest because the challenges of life are becoming some how unbearable, to make the matter worst we are surrounded by people who claim to be our friends but they are the ones directly or indirectly betraying us in this life's journey. Ooo the Psalmist has been there and though he started by telling God to listen to his prayers and don't ignore his plea for help, this is found in the Book of Psalm 55. Infact at our spear time, I encourage us to read to the  end. He got to a point he desired to have  wings   like a dove ! So that he would fly to rest. In verse 12-14 here he said and I quote" Now, it is not an enemy who insults me-- otherwise I could bear it; 

It is not a for who rises up against me-- otherwise I could hide from him.

But it is you, a man (woman emphasis mine) who is my peer, my companion and good friend! 

We used to have close fellowship; we walked with the crowd into the house of God". This is very terrible. But we go through such one point or another in our lives but  do we know what? Verse 22 says I quote "Cast your burden on the LORD, and He will support you; He will never allow the righteous to be shaken". So let us be encouraged and know that the burden bearer is with us.
